1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, contact us via phone or email with your order details.
2. Return Policy
As our products fall under the food and consumable category, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in a leaking, tampered, or defective condition.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the product and package.
- Return requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the claim.
Eligible refund situations:
- Damaged product received.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product unavailable after order confirmation.
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns (unless damaged or incorrect).
5. Shipping-Related Issues
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Please take photographs before opening the package.
- Report the issue to us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
